Hey

Yolanda Youngblood is a dynamic partner and meditation instructor. Since 2009, Yolanda has facilitated workshops at universities, companies, and conferences promoting self-determination & autonomy and harmonious communities. For years, she successfully led and advised on wellness events and programs at corporations like Google and Booz Allen. Yolanda uses her intuition, formal training, and years of experimenting to guide meditations privately and on public stages. Yolanda trained in peer support and healing justice with the Black Emotional and Mental Health (BEAM) Collective. She is currently focused on organizing mental health wisdom in marginalized communities. When she’s not traveling for adventure or inspiration, she is resting and communing with family in their hometown, Okaloosa County, Florida, USA.
